Liberty Financial Limited is a successful finance company with a long-term credit rating from Standard & Poor’s of BB+ (Outlook – Stable).

The company was established in 1994 and initially provided management and finance broking services to other finance companies. In 2002 we commenced lending to New Zealand businesses across a diverse range of industry sectors, in both urban and rural locations. We provide finance to those businesses to purchase capital assets such as plant, machinery, equipment, commercial vehicles or land and buildings.

We first offered deposits to investors in 2003 and currently offer a range of secured deposits at competitive rates for investors.

Liberty Financial Limited has registered a prospectus for the issue of Secured Deposits with the Financial Markets Authority. Liberty Financial Secured Deposits are secured by first ranking security stock (subject to prior permitted charges, if any).
