Finding free thinkers to join our vibrant community and ensure it’s the right fit for all parties is something we take seriously. That’s why the interview process at Liberty is a little different to what you may have experienced in the past.

  • Rather than a rigid and formal interview, we adopt a three-stage interview process as we strive to really get to know our candidates. This offers you a chance to get a greater understanding of life at Liberty.

    These informal discussions take place with two leaders in each round from different areas of the business. This enables plenty of scope for you to ask questions.

    Depending on the position you’re applying for, we may ask you to complete a short exercise that walks you through real life scenarios of working at Liberty.
